My Designations
I keep up, so you don’t have to.
I spend a tremendous amount of time getting additional education in all facets of real estate buying and selling. Real Estate is a huge, ever-changing field with mortgage, federal, state and local laws, and tax requirements among others, changing monthly-sometimes daily. Part of my personal quest for continual improvement to benefit my clients is earning additional designations and pursuing adjunct training to supplement my state-required bi-annual CEU’s (continuing education requirements):
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative): Earned by less than 13% of all REALTORS™, an ABR is the hallmark of Buyer Representation.
CNHS (Certified New Homes Specialist): Targeted training and expertise to help buyers understand what is involved inbuying new, to-be-built, or land-only properties, with the intention to build. A completely different way to purchase than buying a ‘used’ house, from getting a loan, to negotiating the sale, to the closing.
CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist): Targeted training and expertise to help buyers understand what is involved inbuying new, to-be-built, or land-only properties, with the intention to build. A completely different way to purchase than buying a ‘used’ house, from getting a loan, to negotiating the sale, to the closing. Focused education and training on creating win-win negotiations for my clients with respect and cooperation from my fellow collegues.
e-PRO: You should expect your agent to keep up with technology, not learn it from you…being an e-PRO means that I can meet you wherever you are in the world.
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist): The housing needs of clients 55 or better differ from those just starting out. Downsizing, relocation, retirement, estate planning and aging-in-place are hallmarks of someone who understands, and has earned, the SRES designation.
