Who Are My Clients?
Lucky me! I have worked with everyone: buyers and sellers; young, older, retired, married, single, divorced, domestic-partnered…first-time home buyers, and folks who have bought and sold so many times, they’ve lost count. People buying across the street, and moving cross-country. Folks relocating for work, just starting a residency, and moving to be closer to family. I’ve helped clients manage raw land, single family homes, multi-family homes and condo transactions. In short, lots of people with many diverse needs.
What kind of clients prefer working with me? I follow the letter, spirit and essence of the Fair Housing laws. (Every agent should, without question. It’s the law). However, I go beyond those requirements, and hold myself accountable to all kinds of buyers and sellers, not just those protected by the Fair Housing requrements. If you are ready, willing and/or able to buy or sell or need helping getting there, I can help.

My style, approach, demeanor and process are a match for lots of folks, but not for everyone. No one’s is.
