If you’re a buyer, congratulations! 

 It doesn’t matter whether you’re a newbie or it’s old hat, this area is designed to help you make the most of your experience…sellers make money on transactions, and have better experiences when they BUY smart.  It all starts with the purchase.  A poor purchase decision can rarely be erased when it comes time to sell. 

I specialize in working with first-timers.  I am good at it, and I enjoy it.  

I spent several years teaching a state-sponsored first-time buyer class.  What it taught me was how many myths, half-truths, lies and rumours are out there, leading buyers down wrong paths.  

Unlike a lot of agents, I don’t just take buyers that come as a result of my listings…I actively seek out buyers as part of my business.  I hold a coveted ABR designation and am a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.
